Alan and Dave had been best friends all through high school. They spent a great deal of time together since both had been on the swim team throughout all four years of school. Both boys were reporters and photographers for the school newspaper as well. They could always be seen together before school at swim practice or after school working on a photographic or journalistic assignment. Both were academic achievers and were at the top of their class. Each also had a letter jacket for their impressive achievements on the swim and water polo teams.

Growing up in an upper middle class neighborhood of sunny southern California had provided many of the niceties of life to both Alan and David. Alan's parents, who were both Realtors and spent a great deal of time away from home, had a large pool in their back yard that provided ample opportunities for lounging in the afternoon sun. Even though both boy's spent a good portion of each day in the school's outdoor Olympic pool, it was usually done in the early morning hours before school when the sun was barely up and the air was cold. Both boys' took advantage of Alan's pool to work on their tans, especially during the summer months. Since both were on the swim and water polo team the swimwear of the day was always speedos. This provided each of them with a deep golden tan covering everything but the outline of their tight speedo trunks.

Both boys' were impressive physical specimens. Their daily workouts had bestowed them with bodies that would fit well on any Calvin Klein ...
