THE LIGHTHOUSE

Peter's business took him away from home for several months at a time. He missed his family terribly yet he was accustomed to the months spent alone. That didn't mean he was not lonely however. He craved the touch of a woman. He missed the simple things like fresh washed hair in the morning or cuddling in bed on a Sunday after a night of making love.

Peter had remained faithful to his wife during the entire time that they were apart. He admitted however that the temptations were great. He felt that they were becoming increasingly more difficult to resist. He found himself talking about this one night with one of his buddies from work.

Peter and Paul have stopped in at the local "Light House" bar after working in the shipyard all day. It had been a long day and the rest of the week didn't look like it was going to be any better. The work kept piling up and they seemed to be getting further and further behind. They had just received news that their summer leave had been canceled as a result. Needless to say they were not pleased about this. They had intended to spend the evening at the local pub, getting drunk. They would worry about the rest tomorrow. This was normally not the way they handled things but tonight they didn't care.
