It was a Thursday night, in late summer. I was entering the local minor league stadium. Why, you ask? Because I work there. I work there because my friend Matt works there. He works there because Kevin works there. Kevin works there because I work there.

At least, that is what we tell ourselves. We really work there because Angela works there.

We all live together in an apartment a couple away, along with another girl named Heather. Now Heather isn't unattractive, but there is simply something about Angela - the way she moves, the way she talks, the way she teases, the way she smiles - that makes guys stand at attention whenever she's around. I know I do.

Angela was the first one to start working at the stadium, and now she's a mid to low level manager there, mostly in charge of concessions and cleanup, along with several others. Heather works in the box office, while the rest of us are grunts. It's a second job for all three of us, and being a second job, and being that we get to spend most of the time ogling Angela, we accept being grunts. Actually, to be truthful, Kevin helps out with the `sports photography', but only because he can handle a camera and is willing to be paid as much (or rather, as little) as the rest of us grunts.
