You thought it was going to be a quiet night as you stepped out of the car. I had told you that my parents were going to be here, so of course you were expecting the usual weekend spent sneaking off into the woods to get a little taste of each other every now and then and then back to the family. You had been here several times. You knew your way around and you even had a key.

You grabbed your back and started down towards the porch glancing in the windows to see if anyone was in there. It was all dark. You start down the hall towards the guest room, not really paying attention to much. You glance over at the cat. You think about dropping him outside for the weekend but instead you continue on to the guest room.

As you walk past my bedroom door, you jump as a hand closes around your belt and gives you a yank. You hear me laugh and you know it's me. You reach for the light but I have anticipated this and I took all the bulbs out. You glance around the room trying to adjust your eyes to the dark. You reach out to touch me but every time I feel your hands come near I move out of their reach. I quickly close the door preventing all light from entering. You are laughing and I flip on some music. It seems strange to you. Very mystical and high. Probably some form of Arab or Asian music. I flip on my strobe light and every few seconds you catch a glance of me floating around the room.
