Lisa climbed out of her car and locked the door. Tonight was it, her last night of work before a long needed vacation. She walked to the timeclock and swiped her card through. All signed in, she walked up the flight of stairs. Thinking of what she was going to do on vacation as she did.

"Hey you gonna stand there all night dreaming or are you going to get some work done?" Tom smiled as Lisa looked up at him.

" Screw you buddy, I was thinking of my vacation."

"Yeah, where are you going?"

"I'm not sure, Why you wanna come along?"

" Hell yes, after all a person can only wipe so many shitty asses ya know." Tom said laughing.

Tom and Lisa had worked together, at Loving Hands Nursing Center, for the past three years. They made a great team, and could easily cheer each other up no matter what kind of night they were having.

They sat through shift report and then quickly started getting residents up out of bed for supper. They talked as they worked.
