I am a thirty eight year old professional woman who never in a million years would have thought that I would be going through the experiences that I am now engaged in, and writing this letter, I hope, will help me put it in perspective. Here's the story. About three months ago, I hosted a dinner celebrating the end of a long and important case with several people who were greatly responsible for our winning this case.
