Todd made the cheerleader "fuck group" so hard to join that all the girls wanted to meet his high entry standards more than anything. He knew that anyone could start a group involving high school kids and no one would want to join. But start raising one hurdle after another to membership and suddenly everyone wants to qualify so they can be an elite part of that "in crowd."
