Driving to the airport I couldn't help but think about what she would look like. My current girlfriend and I were going to the airport to pick up her best friend, Liz, who I had never met. They had been inseparable when they were growing up. They lived within 2 minutes of each other and did everything together. Their senior year of high school came and the most tragic thing that they could think of happened, my girlfriend's best friend had to move away to the east coast. Her dad had received an employment opportunity that he couldn't pass up. Well, during their college years they both became busy with different things and they saw each other rarely. They would continue to talk on the phone or through emails, so the remained in touch with each other. Now one of their mutual friends was going to get married and they would get to see each other again and my girlfriend was so happy.

"I hope you like her, I am pretty sure you will," my girlfriend said to me as we almost reached the parking garage at the airport.

"I am sure I will love her, if you are such good friend with her, and we get along together so well, how could I not like her?" I replied.

We continued on to park the vehicle and entered the airport. I had only seen pictures of Liz and she looked like an attractive female, nothing that spectacular, but by all means cute and eye pleasing. Of course these pictures were three or four years old, so who knows what she ...
