THE CLUB HOUSE

My friends and I had built a clubhouse out in the woods behind my house. We would go there to sneak a smoke or just to hang out. It was a place where we could hang out without anyone bothering us. My parents knew it was back there but they never bothered us. Even though I was 18 I still was treated like a kid by my parents.

Being the only girl in our group of friends it always seemed to be my job to keep the place clean. If I left it up to the guys it would be a pigsty. Today was one of those days when I thought I would clean up. We were planning on having a party tonight because one of the guy’s brothers was supposed to get us a case of beer. We always seemed to be able to get a hold of something to drink come the weekend. I knew most of the guys had gone to a football game so I was bored and figured cleaning up would pass the time. I wasn’t really dressed up because I didn’t expect to see anyone until tonight. I wore my black Spandex shorts and a white tee shirt that I had cut into a half shirt.

While cleaning I heard a noise outside, I stopped and listened. I couldn’t imagine who it might be, because no one but us even knew this place was here. I ducked down when I heard the door open. I looked up and saw my buddy Billy standing there. What are you doing here I jumped up and yelled! I thought he would jump out of his skin. I didn’t make it to the game so I thought I would come hang out here till everyone ...
