Sitting on campus he once again cursed his mentor for being such an ass. The last four weeks he had spent almost every single waking hour working on his project and still he had still been told it wasn't up to the required standard and he had to start all over again. The sun was shining and summer vacation had long since arrived for the rest of the students in his class. But apparently not for him. The ancient professor flat out refused to approve the project, yet he never really explained why.

Timothy silently thought to him selves that he probably hadn't even read the outlines, and if he had, Tim doubted he had understood what it was about. That's the information revolution for you. The professors are still ancient enough not to trust a primitive calculator, and Tim was working on some advanced mobile technology whose uses were still being discovered. "No" Tim thought to him selves, that old twit would not understand it at all, but then again, the same old twit had to approve of his project before he could get any academic credit for his work.

He had even gotten a sponsor for the entire project, paying his tuition and feeding him both quality computers and access to unreleased information. But none of this mattered as long as they refused to green light his project at the university.
