What a Work Day

Today will be the best day of my life. I start a new job and am looking forward to getting to work with some of the smartest people around. I was offered a job with a computer technical support team. This would be my foot back into the door, so to speak. As I was getting ready for work, I was wondering what I really had gotten myself into.
