Andon had never been bothered by being alone, hell many of times he reveled in it sometimes making excuses to his friends that he was going out of town for the weekend, just so he could stay home alone, no phone calls, no contact just him and his thoughts. Tonight was different though he would have done anything for a friend to call or come over. It was dark outside, way darker then it should be for seven o'clock and the wind was starting to pick up with the first signs of rain just beginning to fall, it had been getting darker for about two hours and it showed the tell-tale signs of not just a thunder storm but a major downpour. Andon knew that with this storm about to unleash it's fury, he had already missed his chance to leave his home and flee to somewhere more crowded. This was his first major storm in his new home. Andon bought the home 4 months ago and fell in love with it immediately, It was not only the house, with it's huge walk- out daylight basement, wide open areas on the main floor and 2 huge rooms upstairs that drew him to this place but it was the location, Andon was out in the most rural part of the county, his house was set in the middle of a huge 35 acre wooded lot, with a tiny hidden dirt road that twisted and turned through the trees leading up to his house. Driving along the highway you would never know there was a house quietly nestled in the woods and if you where not actively looking you would miss the tiny dirt road leading up to the house. Andon knew though with the rains falling he would have to wait out the storm.
