Rising to New Heights

I was shocked when I read my roommate's story online. I felt a lot of different emotions. I think the strongest one was embarrassment. How could she tell the world that she and I were lovers?

It's not a big deal that I go both ways, but everyone thought Amanda and I were best friends and roommates, right?

I rented a rock-climbing tower. There are three levels of difficulty and I choose the easy one. Not all of our friends are athletic and I wanted everyone to be able to participate in the party!

I made arrangement with Jake, the manager, to have the room locked and the lower blinds secured in place. If anyone was going to peak in, they would have to climb their tower to see through the glass walls that separated the three rooms. If they worked that hard, then they deserved the treat that they would see on our little mountain.
