Rearranging Layaway

I work at a department store in the layaway department. We have a great layaway team. Mary is the department head, Jamie and I are the team leads and we have about 7 other people in the department with us. But the manager always tells us that layaway is Mary, Jamie and I. Well here we are again. Time to rearrange the layaway storage area. It's the Saturday after the crazy ass Black Friday. Man the people shopping on that day were nuts. Layaway was packed from open to close with people putting Christmas stuff on layaway. We were busy as hell. Mary, Jamie and I were there from open to close. The manager had gotten some storage trailers. The merchandise that was stored upstairs was being moved on Saturday and Mary, Jamie and I were coming in Saturday night to rearrange the storage area to make room for the many amounts of layaways that we had and that we were going to get. Mary, Jamie and I have done this rearranging a lot. We have gotten very good and quick at doing what needs to be done to make the Christmas layaway pick up day run smoother than any other store. Our team was rated the best layaway team in the chain. Everyone in the store knew that I was a lesbian, even some of our regular customers knew. No one had a problem with it.
