A few years ago, I had the pleasure to get a job working as Tech Support for a hospital in Edinburgh, Scotland. It was a fairly cushy position, not much technical knowledge really needed on a day-to-day basis, but the side benefits were fantastic...

The hospital was part of a teaching NHS Trust; in other words, medical students came here to learn all about their chosen profession. As this was a children's hospital, everyone came here to do their peadiatric rotation, but some stayed on or came back, if they decided to specialise.
