A Lifestyle in Question 07/08/05

I couldn't believe my eyes. I was shaking all over as I looked down at the lifeless, bloody body. The body lay face down on the bed, the hands still handcuffed to the headboard. The legs of the body were spread-eagle on the bed and ankle-cuffed to the sides of the bed. The black leather strap was still strapped across the back of the motionless body and attached to each side of the bed for immobilization. It was a total nightmare.

I picked up the phone to dial 911 for an ambulance and the police, but for some reason the phone would not dial a connection out of the room. I walked outside of the room on the balcony and tried to scream at the people below for help. They looked up my way but moved on about their business. That is the problem with people nowadays, they just don't wish to get involved.

As I walked around to look at the body, I could tell that the event had just happened, the blood leaked freely from the cuts and gashes all over the body. The sheets were drenched in puddles of red blood. The body just laid still as I looked at it. I couldn't see the face or tell whom it was lying there as the face was nestled against the pillow. The body had a familiarity to me, but I couldn't for the life of me see who it was without moving the body, and I couldn't do that until the police or the paramedics came to the house and investigated. ...
