Please keep in mind that this story has not been Beta or even Alpha read by anyone or anyone even remotely resembling an editor. The main character in this short story was originally part of subplot I abandon in one of the books I am writing. She was cast aside a few months ago, and filed with the rest of my unused character profiles in a file I wrote the word "Latina" on. However, she just kept nagging at me in the back of mind to tell the tale of her sensual little interlude. So I picked her pages back up again, and wrote about her little affair. Other authors should know what I'm talking about. There are just some characters that have to have their story told.

The restaurant was popular with the people of the city. It was even more popular on Saturday when the floor was cleared, the bright lights shut off, and the colorful lights of dancing were illuminated. However, the people that made it popular were the dark skinned, dark haired Latinos of the city. Rarely, during the daytime hours, a white skinned person or two would venture in for a spicy lunch, but they never came on Saturday nights.
