Tonya and I connected as soon as she walked in for her interview. Being that I would be her immediate supervisor if she was hired, I was asked to sit in on the interview. Right away there was something that made me drawn to her. I couldn't put it together right away but I knew that she would get my approval even before the first question was asked of her.
