Hearing the phone ring Layla snapped out of her day dream and picked up the phone, "Layla Ramereze speaking" Laughing Jodie asked her if that was anyway to greet a friend??? With a sigh Layla explained that the day had been long and stressful. "Well, it is Friday night ya know........" Jodie said "We could go out and let off some steam if your up to it." Perking up Layla thought this was a great idea and she knew that she really needed a girls night out. "That sounds great Jodie, I'll pick you up about 8:30, well I have a meeting I should really get to I will see you tonight and be ready this time damn it." Laughing again Jodie promised she would be ready on time tonight and hung up. With frustration Layla stood up and headed for the meeting hoping it wouldnt run long so she could get out of work early and head home to get ready.

Finally the meeting ended and Layla hurried to her office grabbed her things and headed for the door before anyone could stop her. Turning onto the freeway Layla began to think about Jodie, they had been best friends since High School and shared everything with each other, that is everything except that Layla had feelings for Jodie and not just ...
