"Ms Azrael, I expect you remember you have detention today" he said. She looked up in shock as his announcement came in front of the entire class. She nodded and replied, "Yes of course sir, I haven't forgotten." "Good I'd hate to have to assign more detention on account of your tardiness." She continued with her work knowing her cheeks were reddening. How could he have announced for all to hear. What if someone asked her why she had detention? Her mind was racing.
