I was having a long stressful week at work. Deadlines and reports were due on the boss' desk. The boss was constantly on my back making sure that I completed every task. I thought that Friday would never come. When it did come time seemed to go by real slow. I constantly checked the clock as I worked. I gladly finished my last tasks and clocked out for the day. I drove home and prepared myself for the weekend.

I knew what I wanted to do for the next two days. I would spend it in the peace of the forest. I packed my clothes in a small suitcase. I made enough sandwiches so that I wouldn't starve. I got a good night's sleep and woke up early the next morning. I packed the suitcase, sandwiches, and a sleeping bag as well. I drove to the nearest deli and bought two bottles of water.

The drive was about two hours but it was worth it. I smiled as I parked my car under the many trees. I ate one of my sandwiches and drank some water. Then I got out of my car and breathed in the fresh air. The huge sun was blocked by the trees. A nice cool breeze blew through my hair. 'It would be nice to live out here forever. Not have a care in the world.' I thought to myself.

During the day I just relaxed in my car. I had half a sandwich and some water. The sun was setting and I had a weird feeling to explore the woods. I walked silently through the forest. I didn't want any dangerous wildlife to discover me. ...
