This is my first attempt at writing, please tell me what you think good or bad Not much sex, just setting the scene and characters.

The Blue lights flashed brightly in the night straight in to the car lighting it up. The woman looked in the mirror and had the sinking feeling that it was her car that had to pull over. The indicator came on and the vehicle pulled up beside the kerb. She sat there worried what offence she had committed. A tap on the window came and she looked to see a female officer looking at her and the window wound down as she pressed the button on the control. "Can I help officer?" Came the question in a slightly wavering voice "Can you step out of the vehicle please madam." came the reply. The woman pressed the button to wind the window up then opened the door and stepped out. Her high heels clicked on the road as she was directed to the passenger side of the car and onto the pavement. The officer looked her up and down and noticed that for a warm summers evening she could be classed as over dressed seeing that she was wearing a coat that just touched knee level. "Is this your Vehicle madam?" the officer enquired. "No its my husbands car but I am insured on it so I am allowed to drive it." she replied. Another officer climbed out of the police Transit van. This guy was big 6'2" at least and really built big. The female turned to the woman. "Can I have your name date of birth and address please?"
