This story unfolds in the "hot" Louisiana heat of mid-July.

I had always been told that if you want to "sell" any type of property, let a woman do it. So after contacting the services of our area's top real estate agencies, and advising how I wanted to proceed, I set up a meeting to alow Missy Masters an opportunity to view the property and sign paperwork to list the home.
