MARCUS MARIUS CORNELIUS 8 BY WILL BUSTER

Marcus had a small office in the Roman fortress known as the tower Antonius where he conducted a great deal of his military business from day to day. The room was quite Spartan with a simple desk like structure and a few wooden chairs. He always had his sword strapped to his belt but usually he kept his helmet off unless he was helping train some men for patrol duty. Rufio had been ordered by Marcus to take some men with him and watch the man from Nazareth to see if he might make any seditious statements. The young Decurion grimaced, "I hesitate to tell you because I know you won't believe it."

Marcus raised his brows. "Oh? Try me."
