As can be imagined, Abe was an extremely popular personage in the gospel trade. During the course of any given week he got many phone calls and mail that had to be dealt with. This was of course where LaRonda did a great deal of her work. Because of the vast volume of incoming mail, Abe created a complete series of pre written replies that covered most items. If the contribution was more than $1000 this warranted a personal call from "The Man" himself.
