I slept heavily that night which made a pleasant change and woke to the sound of eggs and bacon sizzling in a frying pan, the smell of the food wafting into the room making my stomach rumble in expectation. I got out of bed, put on a shawl and made my way to the kitchen where Karen was busily cooking breakfast.

She obviously hadn't heard me approaching as I slipped my arms round her waist and held her tight resting my head on her back. "Are you still okay with what we discussed last night?" Karen asked, "Yeah, yeah I am actually. To be honest it took a lot of weight from my shoulders after telling you and if you wouldn't mind I'd like another session this evening." I told her, "Okay not a problem, just remember you don't have to tell me these things only if you think it's going to help you out okay?" She said I nodded in agreement.
