As the resident computer nerd at my company, I often find myself called upon to help out when anyone has computer trouble. One day, a few months ago, I got a call from our office manager asking me to come downstairs to help set up a computer for the new receptionist. I half-heartedly agreed, and gathered the tools I would need to take care of the job. As I reached the bottom of the stairs, I looked over at the desk and was somewhat shocked.
