I was bored out of my skull. I could not think of anything to do, my friends weren't around, and there was nothing on TV. I decided that I needed to go out so I grabbed my keys, opened and shut the door behind me and walked to my car. I opened the door to the car and got in and closed the door behind me. I turned on the ignition and pulled out of the driveway. It was a warm late spring evening so I rolled down the windows and turned up the classic rock music station that I was listening to. After cruising around aimlessly for a while, I decided to go to one of those chain restaurants to grab a drink. It was known to be a happening place with a lot of activity, so I decided to see what all the fuss was about. The place was packed and it took me a while to find a parking space. Finally, one did show up. I parked, got out of the car and went to the restaurant bar. The place was hopping. The TVs had sports on; there was another one that had a trivia game going on. The crowd was loud and there was no way I could tell if there was any music playing. I went to the bar, ordered a beer and found an empty seat.

At first, I started to watch one of the games and then noticed that I could play the interactive trivia game. So I figured out how to work it and started to play. I fooled around with the game already in progress so that I could have a fresh start on the new one. The new game started and I was doing well. I was in the top three for most of the game when I question came up that I was completely at a loss to answer. All of a sudden, behind me, there was a female voice. ...
