There was this one guy. There always is. My best friend and I had the hugest crush on him. He was tall, dark, and gorgeous. He had this huge brown eyes, long lashes, and a great head of hair, which would sometimes sweep into his brown eyes. He took the breath away of every girl he met. He met Nadine and I last year when he moved into our building. Nadine and I live next door to each other, our families are the best of friends, and we do everything together. Sure, we still lived at home since we were both going to NYC schools, but still- it was totally going to change. Max moved in a little over a year ago and since then Nadine and I couldn't stop thinking about him. We even dumped our lousy high school boyfriends because we were too enthralled with the older man. He wasn't that much older, just enough to be seductive, but not creepy. Twenty-five at the oldest, but we were guessing younger than that, even. Then, last night, the bet began. I looked at myself in the mirror as I remembered what transpired last night.

"I swear, I would totally let him take my virginity," Nadine giggled after a bottle of Shnapps.

"Totally!" I said. This went on for another half hour, with us downing another bottle. As usual, we became bitchier and meaner.
