Mildred glanced up from some paper work that lay on her ornate desk. She wore a bemused expression on her face. Her thin lips had shifted into a crafty little grin as Doris calmly sat down across from her. "My secretary told me you were quite insistent. So what do you want?"

Doris licked her lips as if ready to devour some very expensive delicacy. "It's pay day, Lady Mildred. Remember? You promised me a hundred grand if I was able to deliver Pip into your greedy clutches."

Mildred sat back and actually laughed with a harsh cackle. "You've got to be kidding! You expect to be paid for that? You've been double dipping for months and I thank you for your pains. Now please be so kind as to remove your mercenary presence from this office before I have you thrown out!"

Doris was stunned. "What? Do you mean to say you're not going to honor your agreement?"

"What agreement? Show me the contract you stupid blonde bimbo! By the way, you don't work for us anymore so go back to your hot stud Rocky and see if he'll keep paying your bills. Now are you going to leave or do I have to call security?"
