Free trip to Cancun by Chris909

You are reading the notice, for the 10th time, as your plane is getting ready to take off. Still not really believing that its yours, the message you received only a week ago says:

"Congratulations ! You have won an all expense paid 10-day vacation to beautiful Cancun, Mexico." Your airline tickets arrived, just as they said they would, along with reservations at the Hel - Ha hotel, which looked really inviting since its' mid-winter in New England and the dreary rain-mud-slush really had you down. You also had coupons entitling you to your choice of adventures departing from the hotel on the Yucatan Peninsula. You had jumped at this chance to get away from it all, to be free and on your own.

You take a few minutes to thumb through the airline magazines, looking for more pictures of where you are headed. You find a few - it all looks so warm and exciting. You really needed this break. The stresses of the job, family etc. are aleady beginning to melt away. You are glad, at your husbands insistence, that you decided to take this vacation on your own after all and leave the kids home with him. His new job did not allow him to get away until next summer but he could see you had been cooped up all summer and fall with the kids and needed to get away. You begin to daydream, as the plane levels off, of what this vacation might bring........dreams which can be another story ...
