With my bosses wife's instructions still echoing in my ears, I turned off the shower and stepped over my work clothes where they lay discarded on the spotlessly white tiles. I spied the towel through the steam and after a cursory towelling off, wrapped it tightly around my waist, taking my time to ensure it was securely tucked in. I took a deep breath as I opened the door that led from the tiny bathroom.
