Vacationing in the Caribbean alone could be depressing but I had been working extra on a project and I needed time away. I chose a small resort on the island of St. Martin. I was transported to the resort from the airport with a slightly younger couple, Dan and Ashley. Dan appeared to be a workaholic that spent his free time in the gym. Nothing happened quick enough for him. Ashley was a slender, well-dressed woman who kept of her 35-25-33 body in first-class shape.

We struck up a conversation during the 45-minute drive to the resort. Dan was a salesman in Cincinnati and Ashley was a second grade teacher. I could tell by the time we got to the resort that Dan was self-centered and took Ashley for granite. As we went to our rooms, their room was next to mine.

I quickly changed into my board shorts and headed to the beach. On the beach I was the normal guy, a few extra pounds but not bad. The first thing I was glad to notice were all the topless women. Nothing makes time pass quickly than good scenery. After I had been at the beach for about 45 minutes, Dan and Ashley arrived.
