After three years retired as a Navy Seal, Cas was bored stiff. needed some interest in my life. He decided to open a small, upscale fitness center - catering, for the most part, to women.

In a pod mall, located in an affluent neighborhood, there was space available. The previous lessee had tried to establish his business as a combination tanning salon and gym. Poor taste, poor judgment and a coke habit led to the demise of the business. Cas was able to pick-up the lease and purchase the equipment for a fraction of its retail value.

The center was redecorated in soft pastel colors, background music was soft and relaxing. In the lounge area one could relax with a refreshing glass of wine or other beverage. Cas hired a licensed physical therapist to oversee overall operations and supervise the man (I'm sure he was Gay) and woman hired to provide clients with their massages. In a pinch, Cas felt he could also fill-in if needed.

The Grand Opening included an offer of a free exercise session and thirty-minute massage to the first twenty women interested in joining the center. The same offer was extended to any women referred to the center by a member.
