It was another typical business trip for Reggie. She was sitting at a nameless bar in a nameless hotel killing time before she went to sleep. Too many other business folks doing the same, guys on the prowl for someone to bed. "Mind if I sit here?" Prepared to see another lecherous face, Reggie looked up surprised to see the pleasant smile of an older gentleman, probably around 60ish, quite distinguished. "Not at all" was her reply exchanging a smile. They quickly exchanged names", "Jack, friends call me Jack". Reggie just laughed. "Regina, special friends call me Reggie "When am I allowed to call you Reggie?" "When you become a special friend". And so it began. They shared their laments, too many nights on the road, killing time. They agreed that it was a miracle they hadn't become alcoholics yet. With one more night left in her trip, Reggie agreed to have dinner with Jack the following night. What harm could come from it, he had to be 20 years older then her.

The following day at her client, Reggie found she was having trouble concentrating. She realized that it was that she was looking forward to dinner with Jack. A no pressure dinner, not needing to impress another man was rare in her travels. They had laughed so hard the night before sharing stories of clients and bad travel experiences.
