Hang Gliding into Ancient Rome Part 1

Chapter 1 May 15 - I forget the year

My name was Jack and it was a beautiful Saturday. I was an experienced hang glider and I had been waiting all week for the weekend. My buddy and I went to one of our favorite spots and went out to ride on the wind.

I hadn't been out too long when I felt a large updraft carry me into a cloud. There was often low cloud cover in the area and this had happened before. I knew the area and I had my compass. I just had to descend in a circling pattern until I got below the cloud.
