The first thing Carl did when he received his first of the thirty annual checks of two million seven hundred thousand dollars was to go to the bank to apply for a two million dollar loan. He didn't want to deplete the principle, he planned to make the payments with the two million plus, and then after the second and third payments he received, he would be able to make the payments with the interest. If he stuck with his game plan, he could have it to where he'd never have to touch his own money again.

He could live extremely well off on just the interest from his Powerball Lottery Jackpot winnings. When he bought the ticket from the little liquor store down the street he didn't expect to win. He'd been playing the lottery for over six years, and although he won a couple of dollars here and there, he never came close to winning the jackpot. At least not until the jackpot shot up to well over two hundred million. And the best part of it, he was the sole winner.

After he met with the contractor whom he hired to build his house after he purchased the land to have his mansion built on, he planned to go on an extended vacation while the house was being built.
