Dear Diary:

I finally went on that blind date Melissa has been begging me to go on.

Well I got myself ready just like I do every Saturday night. A good shave in the shower, curled my hair, put on that skimpy new red dress. Oh yeah, I was looking good.

We went out for dinner, boring as usual. I spent most of the time thinking, "Wow. Does he have anything interesting to say?" Needless to say, we spent most of the dinner not talking. Then we went to the movies. He bought two tickets, a bucket of popcorn and a drink to share. We go into the theater, to our amazement, it was completely empty. Well almost, there was one other person. A lady in her late 20s I'd say. She sat about 2 rows behind us. The movie we thought would be a great catch, ended up being very disappointing. I lost interest about 5 minutes into it.

Sitting there, trying to live through this horrible date, Brad leaves to get more popcorn. While he's gone, I text Melissa to let her know I hate her for setting me up with him because of the horrible time I was having. So about 10 minutes later, I realize that Brad had been gone for far too long. At that moment, I feel something around my ankles. It was Brad. He was on the floor crawling around.
