It had been years since they had last seen each other, but Arthur's heart skipped a beat just as it had all those years ago. Olwen was there, and looking stunning. She was in a tight pink t-shirt, and faded blue jeans, with white trainers on her feet. Her hair was cut to shoulder length, and showed pale highlights in the sunlight.

She looked up as she sensed him approach, and a smile lit up her pretty face like a spotlight. Olwen straightened up from the task she was doing, and just stood looking at the figure in front of her. Over the years, Arthur seemed to have lost weight, and toned up his body a bit from what she remembered. Could it really have been so long ?

"Hi, Hunny." said Arthur as he got close to Olwen.

"Hi, yourself," she replied, "how have you been?"

"Oh, not too bad, thanks. How about you?" asked Arthur

"Very well, thanks." was the response.

This was followed by an awkward silence, while they just looked at each other.

They both burst out laughing at the same time. This broke the tension of the meeting after such a long absence. ...
