I was home alone one night, when my son called me up, a freshman in college he made me feel old even thought I am not. I look younger then my 35 years and often get mistaken for his sister then his mom. I answered the phone and took the message he asked me to take. His best friend Nate was staying with us for the holidays, he should be here sometime tonight. My son was going to go to his dads in Portland then catch a flight back to Chicago for Christmas.
