Let me start out as to say i have been good friends with this boys father since we were kids. so i seen this young man grow up over the yrs . most was good until he turned 20 then he went down hill like a snow ball headed for hell. jay went to prison for 8 yrs got out and had a bad time with his parents . needless to say all was unhappy about him including his self. i knew j was out of prison as his father called me one day and we talked about it. he asked if i was doing any hiring or knew of any jobs he could get possibly.
