"As I said, he's ready to move the listing to another agency, even though I told him it was way overpriced when he insisted on listing it at $3.9 million. It's much more likely to sell at around 3 to 3.25 million. He's still thinking like it's a 2005 market. It would be great if you could get a potential buyer and possibly save the listing for us. Anyway, Jerry's out of town and won't be home until Monday. He's already bought a new home in Florida. His wife has already settled in their new home in Naples, so the house is empty for the weekend.
