A few years ago I joined local bar league that had co-ed touch football. This league had to option of signing up and they would put you on a team with others like me to form a team. I'm not sure we won a single game that year. On the other hand, I'm not sure I've been with a group that has had more fun after the game at a bar than that group either; so I really didn't care about our record.
