About a year ago or so, I realized that I needed to come up with some way of making extra money to help out with the bills. My husband had gotten laid off and the bills were piling up. I looked everywhere for work, but I was unsuccessful at finding a job that I would be qualified for. I was browsing through the papers, while sitting at our kitchen table, when my husband asked me for a massage. He had hurt his back at work and was feeling a bit sore. I told him to go lie in bed so I could massage him.

He laid down and I began rubbing his shoulders and his back. I spent a good twenty minutes working his back muscles when he told me that my massage made him feel great. He even suggested that I should try my hand at massaging. I thought he was pulling my leg, but he said that he really meant it. I told him that I would think about it, and that I would look around to see if anyone in the area provided such services and if they might be hiring.

It was about two weeks after our conversation about massaging, when my husband asked me how my search was coming along. I told him that I couldn't find any local massage parlors anywhere. We browsed around online for a while, before he suggested buying a massage table and setting it up in our guest room since we didn't use it. I didn't know if that would be such a good idea or not, but he reassured me that it would be fine.
