Wife Takes A Personal Trainer

About a year ago, I decided to join a local gym in order to get some exercise and also try to loose some weight. I had been married for a few years and had put on some weight. I wasn't terrible looking, with some of the weight benefiting my ass and my tits, but some of it ended up in my stomach and hips. I figured a couple nights a week at the gym would help out. I signed up and went at it for a couple of months. I would go three nights a week and use various machines, trying my best to loose the weight.

I was about three months into my membership, when I weighed myself at home, and noticed that I had only lost a few pounds. I was a bit disappointed in myself, but I knew that I had to be doing something wrong at the gym. I would have to change my routine or try something new in order to loose more weight.
