The short white lines of the interstate sped by as Craig and Jenny made their way downtown. It was an all-too-rare night on the town for the newlyweds, and they were on their way to meet their best couple friends. They had been married for just a few months, and were very much enjoying their married life together. Before they married, they spent most weekend evenings out on the town with Jake and Gail, but in the past few months they'd been more often enjoying quiet evenings at home instead. They were both excited to see their friends and have a few drinks at their favorite downtown bar.

Jenny was a beautiful woman by all measures. Tall and blonde, with the full-bodied hair most women pay big money for, she had put on a few pounds since they got together six years ago.
