Winter is here! In the winter I like most of us become a little lazy. So I joined a gym.

Every morning after my coffee I head to the gym for my work out and some socializing. Of course I socialize more with women than men.

Alot of middle age women attend the gym mid morning. Alot of older guys are there too.

The middle age women are there to tone up and build some confidence, there are alot of recent divorcee's there. The older guys are there trying to get laid. But they haven't learned the secrets that I have over the years.

My workout consists of 50% cardio, 50% strength, with a mixture of flirt thrown in for fun.

This morning I arrived about my usual time, after checking in at the front desk I headed to the cardio room, climbing on the first eliptical machine that wasn't occupied. Plugged in my ear pieces, spread my newspaper on the rack, and started my workout. Distracted by the music, and engrossed in my newspaper I wasn't paying atttention to my surroundings. Suddenly my left ear piece was pulled out, at the same time I heard someone say "are you deaf?"
