Several months ago, my wife and I were attending a family gathering her mother's house. While we were there, we got into a conversation with one of my wife's aunts. She was telling us about the renovations that her husband was doing to their home. They had a two family house and when the tenants from the second floor moved out, they decided to renovate the entire house and turned it into a one-family house.
