There was a time when a weekend almost never went by without us spending at least part of it with Jerry and Gina. They were the first "couple" friends we made, and over time they became our best friends. Dinner for four, a table at a favorite bar, sitting around our patio late into the evening. We always had a great time.

In those days, we were all a little younger and a little crazier, or so I thought. Nights became mornings, a few drinks became a drunken mess. We all got along great, and any married couple knows how hard it is to find another couple you both like equally.

Looking back, I knew Jerry often had his eyes on my wife, Jenny. He was a quintessential breast man, and she more than fit the bill.
