This is my first story in a long while. Feedback is greatly appreciated.

"You're off work tomorrow, right?" my husband Tom asked. "Yeah all day. Why? What's up" I replied. "Just wanted to let you know that the new guy from work is coming over to work on your car tomorrow." "Okay?" I replied. "He's a mechanic and I want him to see if he can figure out what is wrong with the battery," Tom said.

I found it strange that Tom was having someone else look at my car. There was a short in the electrical system, but Tom always worked on our vehicles and the house. Oh well, I thought, I guess he knows what he is doing.

The next morning was hectic as usual getting everyone ready and out the door. As soon as Tom left and I got the last kid off to school, I breathed a sigh of relief. I decided to go for a run before I tackled my other projects. As I changed into my work out clothes I took a good look at myself in the mirror. I'm not bad looking but like every woman there are things I would like to change. Luckily I was blessed with good skin so I don't really look 40. I have soft red shoulder length hair with the pale skin and freckles to match. My breasts aren't bad, but they are not near as perky as they used to be.
